Economic Impact Report
The CINC Foundation has commissioned a third-party, independent economic impact study by nationally known economist and researcher, Dr. Ernest Goss, to document the impact of each CINC Foundation member and of CINC Foundation member institutions as a collective. The study and its results are provided in the link below.
CINC Foundation college and university presidents and CINC Foundation staff regularly communicate with institutional and public stakeholders, as well as policy makers at the state and federal level to inform them about the outstanding outcomes that member institutions are achieving and the essential contributions our member institutions make to higher education in the State of Nebraska. In 2017, a fraction of these achievements and contributions include:
CINC Foundation member institutions educate more than 33,000 students per year.
CINC Foundation member institutions award 40 percent of all bachelor’s degrees in Nebraska.
CINC Foundation member institutions produce 50 percent of all health sciences bachelor’s and advanced degree program, including nursing, in Nebraska.
